Returns Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for Return
- The watch must be in the same condition as received — unworn and unaltered.
- If the watch was received with original box and/or papers, these must be included in the return.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

- We'll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the watch, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an authenticity issue.
